Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!

Carter's Grandma Di and Grandpa Steve sent a Halloween package for Carter. Of course, they had to send noise makers! He got some Halloween duds, and a Halloween book too.

And since Carter has a tooth coming in, they had to send some sugar cookies. Carter really enjoyed the cookie...so did mommy and daddy!
