Jamie's mom and brother Doug came to visit us for the weekend. On Saturday, we went to the Dallas Aboretum. They had a little Texas pioneer town set up.

They had a well set up to pump water, but we think the well was dry, because we could not get any water out. Carter enjoyed taking all the watering cans out of the bucket.

They offered a tour of this house that has been donated to the city of Dallas. This house sat on most of the land that is now the Arboretum. We attempted the tour, but Carter kept on running through the house, so we were politely asked to leave...
But that was ok, because we found the fountains!!!
He did much better this time with the water.
On Sunday, we went to Ft. Worth, and to the stockyards.
Grandma and Doug wanted to see Billy Bob's, so Carter and I waited in some shade. Carter was mesmerized by a skate boarder.
Then, Sunday afternoon, it was time for some more sprinkler fun!!
Even Timber joined in the fun!
